DIAMONDS

All of the white diamonds we use are high quality lab grown. Meaning they are cultivated in a lab vs mined from the earth. They are identical to a natural diamond in every way except for the origin. The black and champagne diamonds we use are mined. We respect our customers choice on where their diamonds come from — if you prefer mined, we are able to swap for an additional cost. All mined diamonds we source are certified conflict free through the Kimberly Process.

GEMSTONES

We source our precious and semi precious gemstones from trusted vendors. Gemstones are mined all over the world and we do our best to make sure they are supplied ethically. We only use natural gemstones unless lab grown is requested by the customer. Some natural gemstones are heat treated to enhance their color. Some color variation is normal as gems are a natural material — please allow for slight variances in color from the product photos. We love colored stones but they require some extra TLC as they are softer than diamonds and are more prone to chipping and scratches.

METALS

The majority of our fine rings are made with 14k gold and you can choose from yellow, white, or rose. We can make any ring in 18k upon request and an additional fee.

RETURN POLICY

Because each fine jewelry piece is made just for you, they are final sale. If the wrong size was ordered, we offer resizing for $50. We stand by the quality of our jewelry but if you are not satisfied please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTY

All fine jewelry has a one year warranty. We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within this window — proof of purchase date is required. Any diamonds or gemstones over .5ct are not covered under the warranty and should be added to an insurance policy. After one year, we will repair any LL piece for its lifetime at cost. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

RING SIZING

We recommend getting your finger sized at a local jeweler or, if you’re local to Chicago, coming into the showroom to be sized. As a second best option, we sell ring sizers which can be purchased here. Something to keep in mind when getting your size is fingers can change depending on temperature and can swell with salt or alcohol intake. Everyone is different but it’s something to be mindful of. Almost all the fine rings we make can be resized if necessary. We charge $50 for resizing. When placing an order online we offer full and half sizes but can accommodate quarter sizes upon request.

CUSTOMIZE AN EXISTING STYLE

We are happy to customize any piece in our fine collection with alternative stones. We can also accommodate larger center stones and alternative metals like Platinum. We would love to hear any other ideas you have! We cannot use heirloom stones under .75ct in existing settings. Additional fees may apply.

SHIPPING

We ship all fine jewelry via UPS. Choose from next day air saver or 2nd day air. Local pickup is also available. You will receive a tracking number to your email before your order ships. For international shipments, customer is responsible for import duties.
