We are hiring!

a somewhat flexible position. 30-40 hours a week. must be available to work one weekend day.

job requirements : at least 2 year of experience in fine jewelry. must be excellent at customer service, organized, and motivated.

Here are some tasks you may be expected to do with throughout the week.

• Customer meetings : Using your experience and knowledge of fine jewelry, you will guide clients through stock and custom options.

• Order management : sourcing stones, getting web and in-person orders into production, making sure projects are on track, quality control, packing/shipping.

• Customer service : answering emails, handling customer drop offs/pickups, overseeing resizes and repairs.

• Errands : jewelers row pickups/drop offs. UPS and Fedex runs.

• Studio upkeep: tidying, watering plants.
