While we would love someone with experience in the fine jewelry industry, it’s not required. Are you great at taking and editing photos? Are you excellent at customer service? are you extremely organized and motivated? you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from watering the plants to overseeing production to giving clients the best experience possible.

Depending on experience, here are some tasks you may be faced with throughout the week.

Website updates : product listings, email blasts, blog posts, basic SEO

Content: Photos with DLSR camera and phone videos

Editing photos and basic graphic design with adobe photoshop and illustrator

Errands : jewelers row pickups/drop offs. post office, UPS, Fedex runs.

Studio upkeep: tidying, watering plants

Inventory management : organizing stones and inventory

Order management : getting web and in-person orders into production, making sure they are on track, packing/shipping.

Customer service : emails, intercepting drop offs/pickups, overseeing resizes and repairs.

Customer meetings : Using your experience and knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and the technicalities of creating a piece of jewelry, you will guide clients through custom wedding band and or/engagement ring possibilities.

eventually Working some full days alone with the motivation to self start and always find something to do.
